Life Of:
What You'll Do As an important part of our front office team, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every patient and family by: Greeting patients and families with warmth and professionalism Answering phones with a friendly, compassionate attitude Scheduling appointments and helping keep the day running smoothly Verifying insurance benefits and coverage Processing patient payments accurately Assisting with billing-related tasks Managing insurance authorizations Supporting the team in delivering exceptional patient care and service
