Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive Compensation:
$350,000 annually (W-2 structure) guaranteed with over $1 Million in documented earnings
Collections-Based Bonus:
35% of collections beyond $1.5M production (paid on 1099 for tax flexibility)
Generous Performance Bonus:
Substantial earnings potential through collections-based incentives once threshold is met
Sign-On Bonus:
$25,000
Comprehensive Benefits Package:
Full health insurance package including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) with 4% company match, Employer-paid malpractice insurance
Relocation Assistance:
Up to $25,000 with reimbursement

Qualifications Degree:
DDS/DMD with OMFS residency completion
Certifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Licensure:
Eligible for licensure in the state of
