Private Practice Associate Dentist - Louisiana A well-established private dental practice in a thriving Northwest Louisiana metro is seeking a General Dentist to join its respected, patient-centered team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into steady demand, strong clinical autonomy, and long-term stability
Position Highlights Work-Life Balance:
Flexible four day workweek with no weekends required. Ideal candidate is open to taking occasional call, 1 weekend per month. Call Taken from Home.
Procedures:
general dentistry, endo, extractions, crowns, bridges, and implants Average 10-15 patients per day. Mostly adult patients 18+.

Modern, spacious offices equipped with iTero, hard and soft tissue lasers, and 3D cone beam imaging (iCat available at two locations). Digital EMR system (Open Dental).

Established, dentist-owned private group offering clinical autonomy, operational support, and a collaborative team of dentists and dental hygienists.

Strong emphasis on team culture, mentorship, and peer collaboration. Dedicated administrative infrastructure for billing, insurance, scheduling, and marketing.

Partnership track available after one year—no financial buy-in required. Mentorship and leadership training provided.
Compensation and Benefits Competitive Compensation:
Strong base + collections. $400,000+
Potential Generous Bonus:
Production-based bonus ranging from 29%-37% of adjusted net collections based on tiered thresholds.

Qualifications Degree:
DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
Licensure:
Active LA license or willingness to obtain
Skillset:
Competent in all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative, endo, extractions, crown and bridge, and implants.
