Private Practice General Dentist - Louisiana A well-established private dental practice in a thriving Northwest Louisiana metro is seeking a General Dentist to join its respected, patient-centered team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into steady demand, strong clinical autonomy, and long-term stability
Position Highlights Work-Life Balance:
Flexible four day workweek with no weekends required. Ideal candidate is open to taking occasional call, 1 weekend per month. Call Taken from Home.
Procedures:
general dentistry, endo, extractions, crowns, bridges, and implants Average 10-15 patients per day. Mostly adult patients 18+.

Modern, spacious offices equipped with iTero, hard and soft tissue lasers, and 3D cone beam imaging (iCat available at two locations). Digital EMR system (Open Dental).

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation:
Strong base + collections. $400,000+
Potential Generous Bonus:
Production-based bonus ranging from 29%-37% of adjusted net collections based on tiered thresholds.

Qualifications Degree:
DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
Licensure:
Active LA license or willingness to obtain
Skillset:
Competent in all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative, endo, extractions, crown and bridge, and implants.
