Job Description

General Dentist (Floating Role) | Monroe, LA A high-volume, established practice is seeking a skilled General Dentist to support two thriving locations just six miles apart. This role bridges the gap for a community booked out far in advance, keeping rewarding, comprehensive procedures in-house rather than referring them out. The provider will join a collaborative, multi-doctor team fully supported by two hygienists and three Expanded Duty Dental Assistants (EDAs) for an efficient, streamlined clinical workflow.
The Role:
Location:
Monroe, LA and West Monroe, LA (Offices are 6 miles apart; schedule splits between locations)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday (3 days at one location, 2 days at the other)
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00
PM Patient Volume:
12-14+ patients per day; serving young adult to geriatric demographics
Clinical Scope:
Restorations, simple to moderate extractions, and endodontics/root canals. Dentures and implants are a plus.
Tech Stack:
Eaglesoft charting software
Preferred Skills:
Advanced proficiency in endodontics (ENDO) is highly desired to manage advanced cases currently being referred out. DEA registration is preferred but not required.
Compensation:

Credentials:
Active Louisiana Dental License and current BLS certification.
Onboarding:
Efficient 1-2 week fast-track onboarding and credentialing timeframe.
