Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Considered | 1099 Independent Contractor About the Role Marlborough Endo is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Endodontist to join our growing, multi-specialty dental organization in Marlborough, MA . This role offers strong referral flow, modern operatories, and full clinical support—allowing you to focus exclusively on endodontic care without administrative burden. This is an excellent opportunity for an endodontist seeking high clinical volume, schedule flexibility, and competitive compensation in a well-supported, clinician-focused environment.

Flexible (3-5 days per week)
Full-Time:
Strongly preferred; part-time considered Flexible scheduling consistent with a 1099 model Responsibilities Diagnose and treat diseases of the pulp and periapical tissues Perform routine and complex root canal therapy, including retreatments Utilize advanced endodontic technology (CBCT available) Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialty providers Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high quality standards Support & Benefits Dedicated dental assistants and administrative support Strong internal referral network Modern equipment and digital imaging Full operational, scheduling, and billing support Why Join Marlborough Endo Established referral base with consistent specialty volume No need to build your own referral network Flexible schedule with strong earning potential Focus entirely on endodontics Supportive, multi-specialty organization with continued growth DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school Completion of a CODA-accredited Endodontics residency program Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Endodontics Active Massachusetts dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date) DEA registration and current CPR/BLS certification Strong diagnostic and clinical skills across routine and complex endodontic cases Ability to manage a high-volume specialty schedule efficiently Excellent communication skills with referring general dentists and specialty teams Commitment to high standards of patient care, documentation, and clinical quality
