Qualifications DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an accredited institution required. Valid state license to practice dentistry with current DEA registration and MCSR certification. Proven experience in general dentistry within a clinical or dental office setting preferred; familiarity with dental office software is essential.
