Lots of potential Dental Insurance, 401k matching Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology accurately while explaining procedures and treatment options clearly to patients Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality Operate dental imaging equipment effectively to obtain accurate diagnostic images while adhering to infection control and aseptic techniques Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize workflow and patient comfort Manage medical records efficiently using practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with a focus on general dentistry and pediatric dentistry preferred Demonstrated proficiency in dental fabrication, dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics procedures Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and infection control protocols including HIPAA compliance Knowledge of anatomy relevant to oral surgery and endodontics enhances treatment quality Hands-on experience with medical imaging techniques and understanding of medical records management is highly desirable Strong communication skills for patient care, assessment, education, and team collaboration are essential
