Compensation:

$1,000-$1,200 per day Smile Loft Dental is seeking an experienced Lead Provider, General Dentistry to support and strengthen clinical excellence across our multi-location dental group in Maryland. This role is ideal for a confident clinician with strong diagnostic skills, productive efficiency, and the ability to support consistency among providers. Position Overview The Lead Provider, General Dentistry delivers high-quality patient care while also serving as a clinical resource for associate doctors. This includes supporting treatment planning alignment, maintaining documentation standards, and contributing to a consistent, system-driven patient experience across locations.
