Utilize dental imaging technology and maintain aseptic techniques to ensure infection control and patient safety during procedures. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options tailored to their needs. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including familiarity with practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Qualifications Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as a General Dentist. Proven experience in general dentistry within a dental clinic or office setting. Proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques. Demonstrated knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Strong understanding of anatomy relevant to dentistry and the ability to interpret medical records accurately. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles and providing care for pediatric patients is a plus. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment planning and patient assessment. Ability to work efficiently within a team practicing four-handed dentistry for optimal patient outcomes.
