Job Description

Join a well-established, state-of-the-art oral surgery and implant practice in Frederick, Maryland. Our practice is equipped with the latest technology — including CBCT imaging, intraoral scanning, digital treatment planning, and advanced surgical equipment — to support comprehensive periodontal and oral and maxillofacial surgical care. Backed by a highly trained clinical team and experienced management, you will have the resources and support needed to focus on delivering exceptional surgical outcomes and patient experiences. We have a strong referral network and a consistent flow of new patients each month, allowing you to step into a busy, productive schedule from day one. The practice provides a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including dentoalveolar surgery, wisdom tooth extractions, bone grafting, ridge augmentation, dental implant placement, and full-arch implant reconstruction. Candidate Qualifications We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Oral Surgeon Associate to join us full-time.
The ideal candidate:
Is licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Maryland Has completed an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program Is experienced in dentoalveolar surgery, including impacted third molar extractions and complex tooth removals Is proficient in dental implant surgery, bone grafting, and ridge preservation procedures Has experience with full-arch implant reconstruction and advanced implant procedures (preferred) Is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and clinical excellence This is a full-time position. Compensation is based on experience, production, and collections.
Annual earnings range:
$350,000 - $750,000 $350,000 first-year guaranteed salary or 35% of adjusted production, whichever is greater 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% safe harbor employer contribution Malpractice insurance provided Continuing education support Why Frederick, MD?
