Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated General Dentist to join a patient-focused dental practice. In this role, you will deliver exceptional clinical care while building strong, lasting relationships with patients based on trust, integrity, and empathy. We believe dentistry is about improving lives—educating patients, guiding them to make informed decisions, and prioritizing their long-term oral health and well-being. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Provide high-quality clinical dental care across general procedures (restorative, preventative, and corrective). Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventative care strategies. Communicate treatment plans clearly and empathetically, ensuring patients fully understand their choices. Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a positive practice environment. Maintain complete and accurate patient records in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Attributes Education & Licensure:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school, with an active state dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Patient-Centered Approach:
A strong commitment to ethics, integrity, and patient-first recommendations.
Communication Skills:
Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Positive attitude with a desire to contribute to a supportive, collaborative office culture.
