Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Associate Dentist to join our practice on a part-time basis with potential to add more days for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for stability, growth, and a supportive practice culture.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, restorative procedures, extractions, crowns, and preventive care (endo and other procedures based on comfort level) Create and present treatment plans with a patient-centered approach Deliver high-quality clinical care while maintaining efficiency Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient experiences Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with all regulations

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Maryland dental license Strong clinical skills and excellent chairside manner Team-oriented, reliable, and professional 2-3 years of private practice experience OR 1 year of residency

Schedule:

Part-time to start (flexible and will discuss which day/days) Seeking a doctor who plans to stay long term - Opportunity to expand to full-time within 6-12 months based on performance

Compensation:

Guaranteed base to start then 35% of collection Compensation reviewed as hours increase and transition to full-time
