  • Center Line, MI A modern dental practice is seeking an experienced General Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative and technology-driven environment.
This role offers the opportunity to lead clinical care, build lasting patient relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the practice. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions and oral health concerns Provide preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures in accordance with established standards of care Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive care strategies Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed Maintain accurate and complete patient records and treatment documentation Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences Support team development and contribute to a positive and patient-focused practice culture Utilize clinical technology and evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care Promote a comfortable and welcoming environment that prioritizes patient trust and satisfaction Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school Current dental license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice Previous experience as a General Dentist preferred Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience with advanced dental procedures and modern dental technology preferred Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings opportunities Professional liability coverage Continuing education and professional development support Flexible spending account options Career advancement and leadership opportunities How to Apply Dentists interested in this opportunity are encouraged to send their resume to: Please complete the online application to be considered.
