Associate Dentist (with Buy-In Opportunity) - Livonia, Michigan A thriving, privately owned general practice in Livonia area is seeking a clinical leader who is patient-centered and highly skilled to take this practice to next level. This full-time opportunity is a confidential search for a long-term owner/provider who is interested not only in delivering exceptional patient care, but who also brings an owner's mindset and is ready to be part of management and ownership from day one. Privately owned practice with a long-term vision for growth and continuity What You'll Do Lead clinical team in delivering comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on patient education, trust, and long-term relationships Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform a broad range of general dental procedures Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to provide an exceptional patient experience Provide leadership to the entire office in all areas and work with other owners towards growth and success of the practice. Preferred Qualifications DDS or DMD degree with an active Michigan dental license Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality-focused general practice
Strong Clinical:
Comfortable with a broad range of procedures; experience with surgical extraction, ortho, dental implants and molar endodontics is highly desirable/required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-first philosophy Interest in long-term practice growth and ownership opportunities Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with an initial guaranteed base, transitioning to a production-based model Profit-sharing with ownership stake Medical insurance 401(k) retirement plan Malpractice coverage Continuing education allowance
Pay:
$200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
