Perform a wide range of dental procedures such as dental restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, implants, orthodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Utilize dental imaging technology and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery. Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive dental diagnosis and patient needs while explaining procedures clearly to ensure informed consent. Maintain meticulous medical documentation and update electronic health records using practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws to protect patient privacy and confidentiality. Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize patient flow and comfort during procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health. Skills Proficiency in using dental practice management software including Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and billing. Extensive knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging techniques, and infection control protocols. Skilled in performing complex procedures such as dental implants, endodontics (root canals), orthodontics, prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery. Strong understanding of healthcare diagnosis processes combined with excellent client communication skills to explain treatment options effectively. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment practicing four-handed dentistry with precision and aseptic technique. Familiarity with medical records management and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. Experience in general dentistry within a clinical setting or dental office environment is highly preferred. Qualifications DDS/DMD from an accredited program Licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan Passion for dentistry and building lasting patient relationships Team-oriented mindset Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing practice Minimum 2 years of dental experience required. Requirements:

Education and Training Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine. State license and malpractice insurance. Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required. Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications. Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records. Comprehensive and current knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
