Job Description

Located in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, with additional openings across Minnesota. Seeking full-time and PRN dentists to deliver comprehensive primary dental care within a mission-driven nonprofit focused on improving community oral health.
Compensation and Incentives Salary:
$160,000-$220,000 plus incentive program Student loan forgiveness: Up to $80,000 (full-time) / $40,000 (part-time) NHSC scholar match eligible Schedule Full-time and PRN opportunities Flexible scheduling Benefits 4 weeks PTO + 6 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Malpractice and liability coverage License renewal reimbursement Scrub allowance Short-term and long-term disability (including maternity leave) Continuing education support Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary dental care, including necessary periodontal treatment Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Use advanced technology: digital charting, advanced digital imaging, digital scanning Maintain professional, patient-centered conduct Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school Unrestricted Minnesota dental license Current CPR (BLS) certification Completion of an accredited GPR or AEGD preferred
