Job Description

Fairmont, Minnesota — Full-time and PRN opportunities providing comprehensive primary dental care in a community-focused, nonprofit setting.
Compensation and incentives Base salary:
$160,000-$220,000 plus incentive program Federal and state loan forgiveness: up to $80,000 (full-time) / $40,000 (part-time) NHSC scholar match qualified Flexible scheduling Benefits 4 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays Employer-matched 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice and liability insurance License renewal reimbursement Scrub allowance Long-term and short-term disability (including maternity leave) Continuing education support Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary dental care, including periodontal treatment as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Use advanced technologies (digital charting, digital imaging, digital scanning) Maintain professional, patient-centered care and courteous communication Requirements DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school Unrestricted Minnesota dental license Current CPR (BLS) certification Completion of an accredited GPR or AEGD preferred Apply today to join a mission-driven team improving oral health access in Fairmont.
