Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and general/restorative dentistry Ensure patient comfort, safety, and high-quality clinical outcomes Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment planning and complex cases Supervise and support assigned dental assistants Maintain accurate clinical documentation and equipment standards Participate in practice meetings, growth initiatives, and patient acquisition efforts Model practice values and contribute to a positive team culture Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Missouri dental license and malpractice coverage New graduates with strong skills encouraged to apply Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment High ethical standards and entrepreneurial mindset Position Details Full-time Competitive compensation Sign on bonus Supportive, collaborative environment with ongoing professional development If you're a motivated dentist looking to grow within a values-driven, collaborative practice, we encourage you to apply.
