Endodontist - Flexible Schedule |
Western North Carolina Location:
Mountains & Foothills of North Carolina We are seeking an Endodontist to join a growing specialty dental group serving the mountains and foothills of North Carolina . This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist looking for schedule flexibility, strong referral potential, and the ability to play an important role in the continued growth of specialty services throughout the region. The schedule is flexible and can be structured around the right candidate's availability, with both part-time and expanded clinical opportunities available. About the Opportunity This role is ideal for an Endodontist who values clinical autonomy, collaboration, and long-term growth. The Endodontist will provide consultations and root canal therapy while working closely with referring general dentists to ensure excellent continuity of care. With an established network and growing demand for specialty services, there is significant opportunity to increase clinical volume, expand referral relationships, and help shape the future of endodontic care within the organization. Schedule Flexible schedule based on candidate availability Part-time opportunities available, with the potential to increase clinical days as patient and referral volume grows. We are open to discussing a schedule that works for both the Endodontist and the needs of the specialty group. What You'll Do Perform endodontic consultations and root canal therapy Provide high-quality, patient-centered specialty care Collaborate closely with general dentists and referring providers to ensure continuity of care Help develop efficient endodontic workflows and scheduling protocols Provide clinical input regarding equipment, supplies, and operatory needs Build strong relationships with internal and external referral partners Contribute to the continued growth and development of endodontic services throughout the organization What We're Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Endodontic Residency Program Active or eligible for a North Carolina dental license Experienced Endodontists are preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong clinical skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care Collaborative and team-oriented approach Interest in practice growth and specialty program development Support & Resources Dedicated clinical support for endodontic procedures Established dental network with strong referral potential Available operatory and chair time Collaborative relationships with general dentists and clinical teams Opportunity to provide input on specialty equipment, technology, and clinical workflow Operational support to allow the Endodontist to focus on patient care Compensation & Growth Potential Competitive compensation package Flexible schedule and clinical days Significant long-term earning potential as specialty volume grows Opportunity to expand external referral relationships with general dentists throughout the region Potential for increased clinical days and chair availability Opportunity to help shape and grow endodontic services within an expanding specialty group Why Join Us?
