Opportunity consists of:
  • Work at the Newest 8,000 sq ft office with 8
  • pediatric + 6
  • ortho chairs
  • with immediate restorative capacity available.
  • Strong existing hygiene demand + 35-50 new patients per month as the schedule grows.
  • $1,200
  • 1,600 daily guarantee first year + 34-36% of collections
  • Depends on experience
  • Clear partnership track after 2 years with owner financing, 10-20% buy-in, and equal voting rights among partners.
  • $30,000 student loan assistance over 3 years + sign-on/relocation support available.
  • 4-day clinical week (Mon-Thu)
  • : iTero scanner, CO2 laser, digital imaging in a brand-new facility designed for growth.
  • Robust mentorship from 5 experienced partners in a doctor-led, non-corporate group with strong staff support (avg.
5+ years tenure).
