About the Practice We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and experienced child focused Dentist (3-5 years preferred) to join our team! Hygienist Schedule:

4 days per week

OR Days:

2 days/week (Monday & Tuesday, 1 day per provider) Responsibilities Provide high-quality pediatric dental care for patients from infancy through adolescence, including those with special health needs. Perform comprehensive exams, restorative procedures, and preventive care. Utilize hospital privileges and/or OR access (Pediatric Dentist preferred per new NC rules). Collaborate with a skilled, experienced support team. Maintain a fun, engaging, and educational environment for children and families. Participate in community outreach and school-based programs. Ideal Candidate A Pediatric Dentist 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred. Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-focused care. Interested in long-term growth, mentorship, or ownership transition. Energetic, personable, and community-minded.
