Job Description

A physician-owned, PE-free dermatology group near Charlotte, North Carolina is welcoming a second board-certified plastic surgeon. Join a collaborative team of 3 dermatologists, 1 Mohs surgeon, 1 plastic surgeon and 5 APPs in a high-demand, referral-driven setting. This is a rare opportunity to step into an established practice with a strong reconstructive foundation and built-in case volume.
  • Walk into established reconstructive and cosmetic volume that typically takes years to build
  • Case mix: ~40% Mohs repairs, ~25% cosmetic surgery, remainder excisions
  • Consistent pipeline of reconstructive cases from in-house dermatology and Mohs referrals
  • Efficient, full-scope practice with clinic and procedure rooms/ORs under one roof
  • No evenings or weekends
