Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including oral examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver a wide range of dental services such as dental cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics. Conduct oral surgery procedures with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Utilize dental imaging technology and interpret results accurately to diagnose dental conditions effectively. Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies to promote lifelong dental wellness. Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques for efficient patient flow and comfort. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the clinic. Requirements Valid state license to practice dentistry with current DEA registration if applicable. Proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge relevant to oral health. Experience with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms. Strong background in pediatric dentistry, including working with pediatric patients and understanding pediatric-specific procedures. Demonstrated expertise in dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice environments. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward diverse patient populations including pediatrics and adults. Ability to work efficiently within a team using four-handed dentistry methods for optimal patient experience. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and interpreting results accurately for diagnosis purposes. $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
