Elie Abboud, owner of Spring Hope Family Dentistry in Spring Hope, NC. I bought this 40+ year legacy practice in July 2024 and grew collections from $1.15M to $1.75M in 18 months. We're at 4.9 stars on Google, the schedule is packed, and I need an associate dentist who wants to do great work and get paid well for it. Here's the deal: we're an out-of-network office. No PPO write-offs. No chasing insurance companies for pennies. You produce $5,000 in dentistry, you collect close to $5,000. That's the difference between making a good living and making a great one.

• Daily guarantee of $800
• 1,200/day

OR 30-35

% of collections (whichever is higher)

• Realistic earning potential: $200K
• 350K+ depending on your speed and case acceptance

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

• DDS/DMD with active NC license (or willing to get one)
• Someone comfortable with more than bread and butter general dentistry — fillings, crowns, extractions, endo, simple implant placement
• Confident treatment planning and case presentation skills
• Wants to be part of a growing practice, not just clock hours
• Experience or genuine interest in out-of-network/fee-for-service dentistry is a big plus
