Compensation:
Starting at 32% of procedural collections , with tiered increases based on total office collections

The practice runs five operatories with two hygienists , and maintains a strong fee-for-service and PPO patient mix with no Medicaid or Medicare , supporting the high earning potential of this role. You'll enjoy the independence of a solo doctor position , allowing you to practice with full clinical autonomy while being supported by an experienced, efficient team. The practice offers a comprehensive scope of general dentistry, including: Comprehensive restorative dentistry Crown and bridge Cosmetic dentistry Dental implants Treatment planning and comprehensive patient care Implant placement and cosmetic dentistry experience are required for this role.
