Your Impact In this role you will: Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes. Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans. Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care. Leverage digital tools such as digital x-rays and PAN (soon to be iTero) to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication. Engage in continuing professional development through SDM's clinician network and learning resources. Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth. What You'll Bring DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. 2+ years of clinical experience. Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required). GPR or AEGD preferred. Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures. Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
