Practice:
100+ year-old, independent, doctor-owned private FFS practice (no insurance-driven quotas) Established patient base with an immediate opportunity to build a productive schedule Collaborative team includes 2 General Dentists, 1 Periodontist, 1 Endodontist, and 5 Registered Dental Hygienists Each doctor is supported by a dedicated assistant and their own fully equipped operatory Modern technology including CBCT, digital radiography, intraoral scanners, and intraoral cameras Comprehensive dentistry ranging from restorative care to complex treatment planning Loyal, long-term team and multi-generational patient base
What We Offer:
Compensation:
$70-$90 per hour , based on experience, while building a patient base, with additional productivity incentives . Compensation then transitions to a percentage of collection, offering significant earning potential. Schedule:
