Full-Time General Dentist Needed - Private, Established FFS Practice in Princeton, NJ Princeton Dental Group is a well-established, doctor-owned, private fee-for-service general dental practice in Princeton, NJ, proudly serving our community for over 100 years . Our practice is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, and we're seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our exceptional team. This opportunity has opened due to the retirement of a long-time partner. We're looking for a skilled, compassionate dentist who values patient relationships, clinical excellence, and is seeking a long-term professional home with the opportunity to become a future partner. About the
Practice:
100+ year-old, independent, doctor-owned private FFS practice (no insurance-driven quotas) Established patient base with an immediate opportunity to build a productive schedule Collaborative team includes 2 General Dentists, 1 Periodontist, 1 Endodontist, and 5 Registered Dental Hygienists Each doctor is supported by a dedicated assistant and their own fully equipped operatory Modern technology including CBCT, digital radiography, intraoral scanners, and intraoral cameras Comprehensive dentistry ranging from restorative care to complex treatment planning Loyal, long-term team and multi-generational patient base
What We Offer:
Compensation:
$70-$90 per hour , based on experience, while building a patient base, with additional productivity incentives . Compensation then transitions to a percentage of collection, offering significant earning potential. Health insurance and 401(k) Dedicated assistant and fully equipped operatory Clinical autonomy within a collaborative, experienced team Genuine partnership and future practice ownership opportunity for the right fit
Schedule:
Full-time schedule with weekday hours and occasional Saturdays. No evenings or holidays.
What We're Looking For:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Licensed (or license-eligible) in New Jersey Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates with strong clinical fundamentals are encouraged to apply Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical patient care Sound clinical judgment and a desire for continual learning Professional, team-oriented, and patient-focused Someone looking to build a long-term career-not simply fill an associate position This is a rare opportunity to join a respected, Legacy practice where decisions are made by dentists-not a corporation.
