Job Description
Gentle Dental seeks a Dentist to deliver comprehensive general dentistry in a modern, multi-location practice. Provide exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative and preventive care with a strong focus on patient comfort and clinical quality. Collaborate with hygienists and specialists, maintain accurate digital records, and ensure strict infection control. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Provide restorative, preventive, and basic cosmetic dental treatments Administer local anesthesia and manage patient comfort and anxiety Interpret digital radiographs and other diagnostic tests Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and aftercare Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and dental specialists Participate in ongoing training and professional development Support a patient-centered, ethical, and team-oriented practice culture Required Skills General dentistry procedures (restorative, preventive) Oral diagnostics and treatment planning Local anesthesia administration Digital radiography Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Infection control and sterilization Patient education and communication Pain and anxiety management Interdisciplinary case collaboration Use of modern dental technologies
