Job Description

Join a new, state-of-the-art dental office in Auburn, NY as a General Dentist providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a modern, team-oriented setting. Practice with advanced technology, a skilled support staff, and flexibility across main and school-based locations. Key details
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Clinic:
Brand-new facility with modern operatories and cutting-edge equipment Work locations: Main office and school-based dental locations (flexible) Clinical autonomy and support Freedom to select preferred products; employer purchases required tools and materials Collaborative, supportive team focused on patient experience Opportunity to tailor treatment approach within a multidisciplinary environment Compensation & benefits
Salary:
$185,000-$220,000 (commensurate with experience) 401(k) with up to 4% employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance (effective first of the month after hire) PTO, 9 observed holidays, 2 floating holidays Relocation assistance and tuition reimbursement Health savings account, life insurance, employee assistance program Flexible scheduling options Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active New York State Dental License in good standing Commitment to quality, patient-centered care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Dentrix and Medent preferred Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different practice settings
