Job Description

Join our growing team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental office in Auburn, NY! We're seeking a dedicated and patient-focused General Dentist to provide high-quality comprehensive care in a modern, supportive, and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity to practice with advanced technology, a talented support staff, and the flexibility to tailor your approach to patient care.
Position Highlights:
Brand-new facility equipped with cutting-edge technology and modern operatories Freedom to choose your preferred products—we'll purchase the tools and materials you need to deliver exceptional care Collaborative, supportive team focused on delivering an outstanding patient experience Monday - Thursday schedule (7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.), ensuring a great work-life balance Flexibility to work between our main dental office and School-Based Dental locations
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary: $185,000 - $220,000 (commensurate with experience) Comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) with up to 4% employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligible the first of the month after hire) Paid time off, including PTO, 9 observed holidays, and 2 floating holidays Relocation assistance and tuition reimbursement Health savings account Life insurance and employee assistance program Flexible scheduling options
Requirements:
