Job Description
Western New York Dental Group is seeking a patient-focused Dentist to join our multi-location, technology-enabled practices. In this role, you will provide comprehensive general and restorative care, perform exams and procedures, and create personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general and restorative dental care to patients of all ages Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Perform routine and complex procedures using modern dental technology Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and specialists to coordinate care Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment options Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Participate in mentorship, training, and continuing education programs Required Skills General dentistry procedures (restorative, preventive) Diagnostic imaging and interpretation (X-rays, digital scans) Endodontic and minor oral surgery skills Prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, dentures) Use of digital dental technology and practice management software Infection control and sterilization protocols Treatment planning and case presentation Patient communication and education Pain management and anesthesia administration Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
