Associate Dentist

Associate Dentist Duties:

• Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Administer local anesthetics and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
• Provide preventive dental care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other staff members to ensure efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience:

• Experience in a dental office setting preferred
• Proficiency in medical imaging software such as Eaglesoft
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry and the unique needs of young patients
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic technique
• Ability to assess patient vital signs and medical records
