Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using advanced medical imaging tools. Perform a wide range of dental procedures such as dental restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, implants, prosthodontics (fixed and removal), with precision and care. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment plans effectively to patients and team members. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term wellness. Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Document all medical and dental records in electronic health record systems. Collaborate seamlessly with the dental team in four-handed dentistry setups to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Experience Minimum 3 Years of proven experience in general dentistry within a busy dental clinic or office setting is required. Korean or Chinese speaking preferred. Familiarity with all dental office workflows. Strong knowledge of dental diagnosis, including endodontics (root canals), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), orthodontics (braces), and pediatric dentistry. Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry along with medical terminology essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Proficiency in using practice management software such as Dentrix or Open Dental. Demonstrated ability to perform advanced dental procedures confidently and safely. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly while demonstrating empathy, patience and professionalism.
