DENTAL ASSITANT OFFICE FULL-TIME
Join Our Professional Dental Team! We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing general dental practice. We are looking for an individual who is dependable, professional, energetic, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care. Friday Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:45 PM Long-term employment opportunity Responsibilities The ideal candidate must have experience with all aspects of chairside dental assisting, including: Four-handed chairside assisting for all general dental procedures Taking high-quality digital dental X-rays Preparing treatment rooms before each procedure Sterilizing instruments and maintaining strict infection control protocols Breaking down and disinfecting operatories after each patient Assisting with restorative procedures, crowns, bridges, fillings, root canals, extractions, dentures, implants, and cosmetic dentistry Preparing dental materials and instruments for procedures Maintaining an organized and fully stocked clinical area Monitoring inventory and notifying management when supplies need replenishing Providing excellent patient care while helping patients feel comfortable throughout treatment Following OSHA, CDC, and infection-control guidelines at all times Assisting the doctor efficiently to help maintain an organized and productive schedule Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who is: Experienced in general dentistry Knowledgeable in four-handed dentistry Proficient in taking dental X-rays Skilled in sterilization and infection control Punctual and dependable Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused Organized with excellent attention to detail Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional in appearance and communication A positive team player with a strong work ethic Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed Dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care every day We are looking for someone who is seeking a stable, full-time, long-term position with a professional dental office.
