With ~80% of patients referred directly from local general dentists, the incoming provider steps into a busy referral base with no production cap.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

$1,000/day minimum or 45% of production 1st year earning potential: $700,000 - $900,000+ annually, based on production

Malpractice:

fully covered by the practice; health, dental, life insurance, and 401(k) included

Schedule & Requirements Schedule:

4 days/week Case types: RCT, apicoectomies, and consults

Requirements:
