With ~80% of patients referred directly from local general dentists, the incoming provider steps into a busy referral base with no production cap.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
$1,000/day minimum or 45% of production 1st year earning potential: $700,000 - $900,000+ annually, based on productionMalpractice:
