Job Description
Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is seeking a Lead Dentist to join our established practice in Liberty, NY. Backed by more than 40 years of clinical excellence, this opportunity offers a busy multi-specialty environment, advanced technology, strong earning potential, and a Pathway to Partnership with an equity stake in the company. With a flexible 4-5 day schedule and the opportunity for a three-day weekend, you'll have the autonomy to deliver exceptional patient care while collaborating with an experienced clinical team. - Diagnose and treat oral health conditions using advanced dental procedures.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Educate patients on treatment options to support informed decision-making.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build positive patient relationships.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative team members to support smooth practice operations.
- Provide guidance on treatment plans, clinical protocols, and best practices.
- Follow established clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures.
- Implement and follow specialty referral guidelines when appropriate. What You'll Bring
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active, unrestricted dental license.
- Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education.
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach.
