Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and overall well-being. Our well-established fee-for-service practice has a great family atmosphere and committed to giving patients excellent dental care for over 30 years. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, good chair side manner, and strong work ethic to deliver top quality dental care to our patients. Proficiency in endo, simple extractions and implant exp a plus- willingness to learn and utilize your talents. $1000 daily minimum Mondays currently available Please submit CV resume High earning potential for the right candidate Invisalign and Implant proficiency is a plus

In person Duties Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics with precision and care Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, diagnosing dental conditions, and developing effective treatment plans Execute oral surgeries such as dental extractions and root canal therapies following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols Utilize dental imaging technology to diagnose issues accurately and plan appropriate treatments Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions using clear dental terminology Manage medical records diligently while adhering to all safety standards for infection control and medical documentation Qualifications Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist Proven experience in general dentistry with familiarity in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery Proficiency in dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and medical imaging techniques Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred; additional skills in dental fabrication are a plus Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment options clearly Knowledge of infection control procedures and aseptic techniques required for safe practice Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering outstanding dental care that transforms smiles!
