Job Description
Brite Orthodontics Associate Brite Orthodontics is an orthodontist-owned, orthodontics-only group practice. We are a growing group of Drs. looking for an associate / partner with an awesome personality to join our team. Our office is located in New York City We do not open on Saturdays, Sundays, or the 6 major holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day). You would be scheduled to work 4 days full-time. Great opportunity in a well-established, well-respected orthodontic practice that is fast-growing. Preferred candidate should be proficient in clear aligner therapy and have a good understanding of early interceptive orthodontic treatment. We believe in a core set of values that drives us to make orthodontics affordable, fun, and efficient.

Sponsorship Requirements:
New York License (licensed in another state or eligible); Orthodontic Certificate (completed in the US); DDS or DMD Clinical o Pt treatment completed on time: both per appointment and overall treatment time o Exam and diagnosis of patients o Be at and participate in monthly Staff, team, and doc meetings o Verify accuracy of treatment plans and any changes to treatment plans Communication o Ensure that all patient and parent questions are answered to their satisfaction o Communicate with DDS or other professionals regarding clinical or pt management issues related to specific patients Leadership o Being on time; and/or present, on time and active in morning huddles o Encouraging team members to go extra mile (don't be part of the problem)o Show desire to meet office/team goals: help team members reach their goals o Patient satisfaction - patients/parents should love to come and see you
