Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and preventing dental issues across a diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult patients. The Dentist will utilize advanced dental technologies and adhere to the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. Duties Perform comprehensive examinations, including patient assessment and medical/dental history review Diagnose dental conditions using clinical evaluation and medical imaging techniques Administer treatments such as dental restorations, root canal therapy, extractions, prosthodontics, veneers and oral surgery procedures Utilize dental terminology accurately for documentation and communication Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Ensure aseptic techniques and infection control protocols are strictly followed during all procedures Use dental fabrication tools for prosthetic work as needed Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies Collaborate with dental team members to ensure efficient practice operations and high-quality patient care Experience Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery preferred Familiarity with dental Dentrix is desirable Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, venerrs, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures using modern techniques Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with a focus on patient care and safety Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and anatomy is essential Prior experience in dental fabrication, medical documentation, and infection control practices is advantageous Medicaid number a MUST Sign-on bonus This position offers an opportunity to work within a professional team dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care while utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
