We are seeking an experienced Implant Restorative Dentist or Prosthodontist to join our upcoming state-of-the-art implant and restorative practice. This is a unique opportunity to help build a premier implant center from the ground up while being supported by an experienced team of dental operators, clinicians, and management professionals with a proven track record of building successful dental organizations. About Us We are an upcoming implant-focused dental practice specializing in full-arch rehabilitation, implant dentistry, digital workflows, and life-changing smile transformations. While this is a new location, it is backed by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive expertise in practice operations, patient care, marketing, and growth. Our vision is to create a center of excellence where patients receive world-class treatment and an unmatched experience through advanced technology, clinical excellence, and a patient-first philosophy. Responsibilities Lead comprehensive implant consultations and treatment planning. Diagnose and present treatment options with confidence, clarity, and integrity. Restore single implants, implant bridges, overdentures, and complex full-arch cases. Manage advanced implant restorative cases, including: Zirconia full-arch prostheses Fixed implant bridges Implant-supported overdentures Full-mouth rehabilitation cases Collaborate closely with surgeons, laboratory partners, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional outcomes. Utilize digital workflows, including CBCT-guided planning, intraoral scanning, and restorative digital workflows. Guide patients through treatment decisions and financial discussions. Address patient concerns professionally and ensure a seamless patient journey from consultation through final delivery. Lead and mentor clinical team members to maintain the highest standards of care and customer service. Participate in developing systems, protocols, and workflows that support long-term practice growth and excellence. QualificationsRequired DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school with an active state dental license. Prosthodontic residency training preferred; Prosthodontists are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum 3-5 years of restorative dentistry experience with significant implant restorative experience. Proven expertise in full-arch implant rehabilitation and comprehensive treatment planning.
Experience restoring:
Zirconia full-arch prostheses Implant-supported overdentures Implant bridges and single implant restorations Strong understanding of implant prosthetics, occlusion, aesthetics, and restorative-driven treatment planning. Excellent communication and case presentation skills. Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, treatment fees, and financing options with patients. Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to guide clinical and support teams. Ability to effectively manage patient concerns and ensure an exceptional patient experience from consultation through final delivery. Preferred Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Prosthodontist. Experience with All-on-X, Teeth-in-a-Day, and immediate-load implant protocols. Experience working in a high-volume implant, prosthodontic, or full-arch rehabilitation center. Proficiency with digital dentistry, including CBCT planning, intraoral scanning, smile design software, and restorative digital workflows. Experience collaborating closely with surgical teams on complex implant cases. Strong desire to help build and grow a premier implant-focused practice.
