Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated board eligible/board certified oral Surgeon to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in medical and dental terminology, adhere to strict infection control protocols, and stay current with healthcare regulations to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. Duties Perform comprehensive oral surgical procedures such as dental extractions. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and diagnostic imaging interpretation, to develop effective treatment plans. Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Collaborate closely with general dentists, specialists, and healthcare providers to coordinate patient treatment plans. Implement aseptic techniques and infection control measures to ensure patient safety during all procedures. Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care, including pain management, patient education, and follow-up assessments. Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and foster a positive treatment experience. Requirements Valid license or certification as an Oral Surgeon. Proven experience in oral surgery within a dental clinic or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and healthcare diagnosis protocols. Experience performing dental extractions. Demonstrated ability to work within infection control standards and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Excellent client communication skills combined with compassionate patient care approach. $132,184.22 - $159,189.59 per year
