This role is ideal for a dentist who values predictability, flexibility, and meaningful patient relationships without the pressure of high-volume production. You'll function as an integrated member of the clinic's care team, delivering high-quality dentistry to adult and senior populations in a coordinated, community-focused setting. Full-time clinic staff on-site Organized scheduling and patient flow Team-based, collaborative environment Value-based care model focused on seniors All equipment, supplies, and logistics managed by CMC You focus on dentistry — we handle the rest. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive general dentistry: exams, preventive care, basic restorative, and simple extractions Diagnose and manage oral health conditions common in aging populations Work alongside clinic staff as part of an integrated care team Deliver consistent, patient-centered care in a supportive, low-stress environment What Makes This Role Different This is not a high-volume, rotating-facility model.
