Associate General Dentist (DDS / DMD) | Sign-On Bonus Available

This role is ideal for an associate dentist looking to utilize a broad range of clinical skills in a modern, high-tech office. Our clinical philosophy emphasizes comprehensive preventive dentistry, periodontal health, and clear aligner therapy.

Requirements

Clinical skills include:

Restorative dentistry (crown & bridge, composite restorations)

Endodontics (anterior and premolar endo)

Prosthodontics (fixed and removable prosth)

Clear aligner therapy

Oral surgery (simple and surgical extractions)

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active NY state dental license (or eligible to obtain)

Active DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification

Experience level: 1+ years of experience

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain high-tech diagnostic consistency and clinical excellence

Participate actively in team meetings and continuing education events

Provide clinical mentorship and leadership to dental assistants and hygienists

Collaborate with marketing initiatives to help grow your patient schedule

Technology & Software:

Utilize CareStack and to maintain high-tech diagnostic consistency

Patient Volume:

Manage an active schedule of approximately patients per day

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

From $800 a day

Benefits:

Structure:

with a $800/day guarantee for first 3 months

Sign-on Bonus:
