We are looking for providers who: Align with our mission, vision, and values Work hard and take pride in delivering exceptional care Communicate with honesty, empathy, and professionalism Value teamwork while also working independently with confidence Pursue continual growth and clinical excellence Bring a positive, solution-oriented attitude to the practice every day Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry care including exams, preventive services, restorative treatment, crowns and bridges, cosmetic procedures, emergency care, and patient education Diagnose and present treatment plans ethically and clearly Utilize advanced technology to support accurate diagnostics and predictable outcomes Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, specialists, and administrative team members Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold infection control and safety standards Deliver an exceptional patient experience focused on comfort, trust, and long-term relationships Compensation & Benefits $750 daily guarantee during the initial transition period Production-based compensation up to 30-35% of collections Established patient flow and productive schedules from day one Continuing education support and annual CE budget Access to advanced technology and ongoing clinical development Health insurance contribution and additional benefits 401(k) and retirement planning opportunities Malpractice insurance Employee discounts and professional development support Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Flexible scheduling with no weekend requirements Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school 3 or more years of experience Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to continual growth and clinical excellence Location This position is a suburb of Cincinnati, OH.
