Job Description

Wakefield Dental is a thriving private practice with offices located in Dover, Ohio and Cambridge, Ohio— these communities are known for their blend of historic charm, strong schools, and friendly small-town atmospheres. Led by a non-DSO owner with over 21 years of experience , our offices emphasizes patient-centered care and clinical excellence. We offer a wide range of dental services including general comprehensive care, dental implants, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and endodontics. We are out of network with all insurance plans , serving a patient base that is approximately 80% out-of-network and 20% cash pay .
Compensation Earning Potential:
$200,000-$350,000 annually
Daily Guarantee:
$800/day for the first 6 months (new grads eligible)
Compensation Structure:
Percentage of collections (negotiable based on skill and experience)

Our team leverages advanced tools to deliver complex treatment plans and exceptional patient outcomes.
Technology:
all new equipment including digital X-rays, CBCT, iTero scanner, Overjet AI, intraoral cameras, and VELscope oral cancer screening. What We're Looking For We're seeking a dentist who: Brings a positive attitude and excellent communication skills with both patients and team members Is coachable and eager to grow , whether a recent graduate or experienced clinician Enjoys working in a collaborative, upbeat environment Is comfortable performing a range of procedures including crowns, fillings, extractions, and dentures
Schedule & Role Details Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Fridays available upon appointment
Status:
Open to both full-time and part-time candidates. Opportunity available for Dover and/or Cambridge locations
Procedures:
Crowns, fillings, extractions, dentures, and additional services based on experience
Mentorship:
