Associate Dentist - Clear Lakes Dental | No Gimmicks, Just Real Support Clear Lakes Dental is opening a brand new practice in Eastlake, OH! At Clear Lakes Dental, we're reimagining the associate dentist experience—one that's transparent, growth-focused, and built around real support. No bait-and-switch. No corporate nonsense. Compensation & Perks (Real Talk) Guaranteed base salary of $180,000 We just start higher—because you deserve it. OR 30% of collections (whichever is greater) And it increases 2% annually, up to 40%. That's real, long-term earning potential. No restrictive covenants / non-competes We believe in keeping you here because you want to stay—not because you're stuck. $2,000 CE allowance (paid separately from salary) Many offices deduct CE from your earnings—we don't .
