Join 1 Dentist in a busy practice, an experienced Dentist is preferred but happy for newer Dentists to join too! 4 day work week! Major

PPO/FFS 6

month daily guarantee with 35% collections Full staff provided Partnership available Duties Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff Use dental imaging technology to diagnose conditions accurately and plan appropriate treatments Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Stay updated on advancements in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties to provide the highest standard of care Skills Proficiency with dental software such as Open Dental for scheduling, charting, and record management Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental terminology for accurate diagnosis and documentation Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach tailored to pediatric dentistry and general dentistry needs Ability to perform dental fabrication procedures with attention to detail Experience in medical imaging techniques relevant to dental diagnostics Familiarity with infection control standards and HIPAA compliance requirements Effective communication skills for explaining procedures clearly to patients of all ages Prior experience working in a busy dental clinic or office environment is highly desirable
