I m currently partnered with a well-established dental practice in Oregon, Ohio that is actively seeking a General/Pediatric Dentist to join its growing team. Overview Job Details Location :

Oregon, Ohio Provider Type Needed :

Pediatric Dentist (General Dentist with pediatric experience considered)

Schedule :

4 5 days per week ( hours), no weekends

Patient Base :

100% pediatric

Current Staff :

2 Dental Assistants, 1

Front Office Procedures :

Fillings, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, extractions, cleanings; ortho/sedation cases handled with

SmileMD Technology :

Fully digital office with digital X-rays and modern equipment

Payor Mix :

Primarily Medicaid, some PPO Parameters DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Active or eligible Ohio dental license required Must enjoy treating children and possess strong communication/interpersonal skills All experience levels encouraged, mentorship available in person and virtually

Compensation Guaranteed Base :

$900 $1,100/day (DOE) for first 90 days

Production Bonus :

25% of adjusted collections (30% for Pediatric Specialists) Hygiene codes included in production calculations

Income Potential :

$200K $400K+
