This position is available due to immediate need, with a target start timeframe of 2-4 weeks . This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to step into a busy, stable private practice with strong patient demand and a supportive clinical team. The practice has a long-standing presence in the community and continues to experience consistent growth. The incoming associate will have the ability to quickly build a productive schedule and focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a non-corporate, patient-centered environment . Practice Environment This is a modern, multi-doctor private practice with strong systems in place to support efficiency and production. Established patient base with consistent new patient flow Supportive clinical team including hygienists and assistants Full-scope general dentistry practice PPO-based patient mix ensuring steady case acceptance Collaborative environment with experienced providers

Typical Schedule:

Full-Time (4-5 days per week) Core Clinical Services Comprehensive General Dentistry Preventive and Diagnostic Services Restorative Dentistry (Crowns, Bridges, Fillings) Extractions and Basic Oral Surgery Cosmetic Dentistry Endodontics and Implant Restorations (as desired) Compensation Our client offers a strong financial package designed for productive dentists.

Compensation Range:

$200,000

• $300,000 annually depending on production High earning potential with immediate patient flow Continuing education support Malpractice coverage available Candidate Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Active (or eligible) Ohio dental license Comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry Experience with implant placement and endodontics is a strong plus Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to step into a busy schedule quickly Live and Work in Reynoldsburg (Columbus Area) Reynoldsburg is a growing suburb just outside Columbus, offering convenient access to a major metro area while maintaining a suburban feel.
